Although we specialize in offering more advanced forms of inspection, we also understand that in our current market, there's always a need for conventional methods. Our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services cover the full range of surface testing methods such as Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particles Testing (MT), Visual Testing (VT) and Eddy Current (ET). These tests typically required a good surface preparation such as paint removal (in the case of in-service inspection) and deep cleaning with the exception of the latter method , Eddy Current, where the object can be tested without damaging the coating.
For fully volumetric checks, our services are comprised of Ultrasonic Testing (UT) - ranging from simple thickness measurements up to complex weld configurations - and Radiographic Testing (RT), with a large background not only in weld inspection but as well with castings. For all the overmentioned methods, our staff is duly certified according with IS0 9712.
